Many students who benefited from the Ewo Student Sponsorship Program that supports Institution Classique de Bayonnais (ICB) witnessed their happiness for the way that the program helped their education.
Happiness and thanks!
Our office in Bayonnais is pleased to thank you for the way you are helping our students at the institution Classique de Bayonnais through your funds. We can tell you sincerely that you are making heroes in Haiti, especially in Bayonnais. Without your help, many families in Bayonnais will not be able to pay for their children’s schooling. Let us tell you that what you are doing here is no small feat.
In the interest of knowing how the students enjoy the program, we interviewed a few students who are beneficiaries of the program.

Gesner Saint-Louis, who is in the 13th grade, and lives in a family of 6 children, would like to study computer science after high school. He explained that it would be a burden that weighed heavily on the family if it was his parents that paid for school for all of them.
“I want to thank everyone who contributed to putting this program in place in the community.” declared Gesner who did not hide his happiness. Mr. Gesner believed that there are more students in the community that are in need like him and would like for the program to stay alive. “I pray that God bless you and give you more to help people that are in need” Gesner’s prayer for you.

We met Michael-Sky Jean-Pierre, a determined young man in 13th grade, who lives with his Aunt. This young man has one sister and no brothers.he would like to study Medicine after his high school studies. “Although there may be discouragement sometimes, I would like you to stay focussed on what you are doing . My dad died when I was 4 years old. Without your existence in the community , I would not be in 13th grade now.” said Michael-Sky. He is praying that God bless you more for what you are doing in Bayonnais.

Michelet Charles is another beneficiary of the program. He is in 12th grade and would like to study computer science after high school. How do you see the program Ewo in the community? is the question that I ask him. His answer was: Ewo is a powerful program that brings joy and happiness to Bayonnais because of the way that they are helping our dreams to come true. Without this program, most of us would not be able to finish high school. Our parents would not be able to afford them to help us . I thank everyone who is interested in helping us in Bayonnais through Ewo.

Ewo is a relief program for all Bayonnais parents who can not help their children to go to school. It also helps large families like mine which has 8 children. I am so proud of you and what you have been doing in Bayonnais, truly you are making heroes in Haiti.
Thank you so much . This is the declaration of Fania Dorilus, a 9th grader student.

Miliana Celadon is from Boukantoman which is a Bayonnais locality. She walks 1 hour and 15 minutes to come to school. Miliana who is in 13th grade was explaining how important the program is to the community especially in her life. My parents really couldn’t help me with school. Through Ewo, I got help, now I’m in terminal class. Miliana would like to study nursing after her classical studies. “I thank those who contributed to this program to help all of us who could not go to school due to financial problems. The work we are doing is priceless. I pray that God will always put it in our hands so that we can help.” The ones that don’t have, that’s what she would wish.

Mana Charles , 9th grader student, 13 years old. She lives with her parents and 2 brothers. She goes in the same direction as the others. For her, Ewo is doing a great job in the community because they are investing in our futures. Mana likes taking care of people that’s why she would like to study nursing after high school. Thank you to everyone who has been involved in this program. We love you so much!

I was delighted to open this sight and see Gesner Saint-Louis and his comments. We have been sponsoring him for years. It makes us happy to know that he is making the most of this opportunity to make something of himself. Does he have an email address? Please tell him we continue to support him and are proud of him.
