The Ewo office in Haiti, in agreement with the Ewo office in the United States, organized an awareness day on professional orientation on Friday, May 23, 2025, at ICB school. The participants were students in 12th and 13th grade from the ICB School in Cathor. There were 100 students in attendance. The objective for this breakfast was to help these young people better navigate their career choices and to better understand the realities of the job market.

This career orientation day was led by a panel made up of seven speakers, including a pastor, an accountant, a gardener, a welder, a teacher, a nurse, and a cabinetmaker. The panelists took turns sharing their personal experiences with the youth and discussing the advantages and disadvantages of different professions, the opportunities that each field of study holds, and especially the efforts required to ensure a better future when choosing a career. At the end of this training, the participants expressed their satisfaction and indicated that this training day will help them make the best choice of a professional career in the future.

We continue to train our future heroes so that they can transform their community. A special thank you to Melissa, the Executive Director of Ewo, to Pastor Actionnel, the CEO of OFCB Ministries, to the Ewo Board Members, as well as supporters, donors, and friends of Ewo!
